I regret not reading the reviews before we went on a three-day trip to the Rila Lakes! I will share my impressions, or rather disappointments, as well as those of the other 3 people we were with. Let's start with the fact that three days before departure, I was sent a contract in pdf format, which I neither signed nor wanted to sign and send back - something that is mandatory and was required by the other travel agencies we have traveled with! Upon our arrival at the Samokov Hotel in Borovets resort, we were left in front of the hotel to fend for ourselves - you get off the bus, take your luggage and look for the reception and check in yourself. The walk to the lakes themselves was a total lack of organization, as was the rest of the trip - at 16:00 you should have caught the lift down and that's it! There is no guided tour that you paid for, no explanation of which object is which, which lake is called, depth, volume, etc. - you just have to figure it out on your own from the lift up. Not an excursion, but a hike! Even on the bus, the "tour guide" Tanya told us that our "guide" up there would be no one, but the bus driver himself - something extremely frivolous. And in general, apart from where we were going, we didn't understand anything else from it, although there is only one path and following the other people you can't go wrong. The third and last day was like the previous two - rushing and no time to enjoy the places you visit! Getting off at the village of Stob and according to the "tour guide" - in 30 minutes we should be back at the bus! Just the hike to the panoramic terrace itself is no less than 30 minutes. and only up/in one direction! I assumed that at least at the Rila Monastery we would have a little more time, but alas we only had an hour and thirty minutes, which is extremely insufficient if you want to see the entire monastery, take some photos and buy something. Overall, the driver was great, we have no complaints about him. We found it a bit strange with the huge column and the dance at almost every stop, but at least it didn't bother us. I've been on a lot of excursions with real guides and I know very well what I'm talking about! There is a total lack of one here and the organization is under all kinds of criticism! I'm giving one star simply because I can't give less. They don't even deserve it.

Very well stocked hobby store. I came here to look for Warhammer, which other older reviews said existed here, but they no longer keep this in stock. Which is perfectly fine, but I wanted to leave that info in reviews for future customers!

A small coffee shop and exhibit featuring the original base of what was likely Hamburg's first tower—a very cool combination of archeology and a cafe. The coffee was fine, and I mostly enjoyed the vibes, though the bathroom was a mess with no toilet paper available, and that's with a 50¢ coin requirement (although cafe guests can ask the cashier for a token to get in free). A fun place to take tourist friends or stop by in Hamburg.

I didn't really have any idea what kind of scent I was looking for, I could only put it into words. The salesman was very nice, helpful, helped me point the way, and then we decided that it would be better if I smelled everything. The man showed his expertise and professionalism, which I appreciated. I found a great perfume, which I would like to thank you very much from here! And it was even on sale! You can find very unique Arabic scents here, I definitely recommend it!!

We're from Canada and we felt welcome, and the Gaufre de Bruxelles Fraise and chocolat croissants were delish. The patisserie was clean and comfortable. The coffee and tea were perfect.

A very interesting place showcasing old games and TVs etc. The cinema has English and Netherlands subtitles. The staff are nice and seem happy working. It was enjoyable to watch Mortal Kombat 2 while drinking.

Tut tut tut. Parking a car in a busy charging area and not charging is quite scummy behaviour. Also drive in charge points seem to be quite popular in Europe, I visited at least 4. I have to park myself to charge. First world problems and all.😄

On my brief stay a few days ago I was delighted to step into this antique shop. Bought a few cherished antiques from Franz. Thankfully he spoke fluent English. Will visit again soon.

It said online that it was open, but it had gone bankrupt and I wasted my time.

There was a very nice, patient young man inside, I will come again next time, it is much better than the Érsek fastener store, where they serve you in a boring way, etc.

Yesterday evening I had a lovely, nourishing and cleansing time at the Hammam. The best part was for sure the massage in the end, with oil and hot stones. It was only 25 minutes but felt like I relaxed for 1 hour. She knew what she was doing. Would definitely recommend! A place to recharge the batteries. ✨🙏

The seller was very kind and helpful and helped me fix my model just before my exam. Thank you so much! 👍

Nice service, but be careful with the dosage instructions given. My friend took too much of an anti-constipation drug and later realized the suggested dose was too high compared to the instructions on the box. She suffered side effects for a day afterward.

Very high withdrawal fees, this one isn’t recommended. Rather use OTP, much cheaper withdrawal fees. Save your money.

A wonderful boutique in the heart of Timișoara! Dansk offers unique, high-quality pieces you won’t find anywhere else. The atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My favorite shops in the city! Every item feels special and well-made.

Taking a group of American students to the movies was fun. Who knew we would find such a wonderful theater? It is very clean. The people are helpful. There were plenty of snacks to choose from.

I visited many kitchen shops and in the end I chose Groenen because they are more flexible than others and I am glad that I made the right choice. I have had many bad experiences in the Netherlands with all kinds of renovation works, and the kitchen renovation with Groenen was probably one of the best experiences. No hassle before or during the whole process. The installation is very professional and fast. I only needed to pay after the work was done. Definitely a good choice.

Zhanna was extremely kind and knew what she was doing. I got a wax from here and have never had a cleaner, more precise job. Would recommend coming here!

Gorgeous library. They have a significant art section that I perused during my visit. Books are in various languages which was helpful because I’m only fluent in English. There are many pamphlets on the bottom floor for upcoming events and programs. It seems like a great place for kids and students.

No A/C so didn’t stick around but WOW. Wish I had a store like this by me. Absolutely wild
