This bakery receives dough blanks which are baked on site, offering items like milinki trays (plain and with cheese), burek with egg and cheese, banitsi, sausage rolls, vegetarian and ham pizza, several types of kritsini (one with a unique Coca-Cola composition), bread, cake, small sweets, ayran, boza, and water. They now accept card payments and are open seven days a week, with reduced hours on Sundays. The location at 49 Hadji Dimitar Street provides very good quality at reasonable prices.

The food is very good and fresh baked, though the quantity can be poorly planned during rush hours. The staff are neither friendly nor helpful.

I tried to order a product for self-pickup, but the website offered no such option. After being given the correct bakery phone number, I called to arrange it. The lady who answered cut me off after 13 seconds, stating, "Orders are accepted only at the bakery, after being paid. Have a nice day," and hung up. The service was quite disappointing, and I cannot recommend it based on this experience. I cannot comment on the food quality as I was unable to order.
